Does the KANZOY Strap come in different sizes?
Simple answer is yes. Wrist sizes vary greatly but we can custom make the strap for you with any sizes. Processing time is estimated 10 – 15 days.
Can I use my original watch factory clasp on the deployment versions of the KANZOY strap?
Yes. You can use the original watch factory clasp on the deployment versions of the KANZOY strap. Our strap is made to maintain the very essence of your watch look.
Is it real leather ?
Our straps are made of the finest Genuine Leather in the world. The Leather makes for a comfortable feel on the wrist. Our leather straps are manufactured to outlast and outperform the competition in comfort and durability.
How long will it take to receive my new KANZOY Strap and cost of shipping?
Your order will typically ship same day or within 48 hours; however, the arrival time will depend on your selected preference of shipping at checkout. KANZOY offers FREE INTERNATIONAL Shipping for all orders.
Orders for EXPRESS delivery to international destinations will be shipped typically using DHL International Express. For international customers, your shipment will have a tracking number, and the time it takes to arrive will be dependent upon your country’s customs system. International customers are responsible for customs and duties costs.
Several shipment options are available from our’s website. Delivery will depend on carrier chosen.
All KANZOY Straps are covered under a 1-month Limited Warranty. Please contact us directly before sending any KANZOY Straps back to headquarters. If a defective KANZOY Strap is returned in a package containing the Customer Name and Order Number, within 1 month of purchase date, we will send a replacement of the same band free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or any watch part whatsoever.
Any packages sent to KANZOY without Customer Name and Order Number will experience delays in processing.
