SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All items will be shipped standard Shipping . Free shipping WORLD WIDE. Any Customs, Taxes, and Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer to pay for. All customers are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country that you request it to be shipped to. When purchasing from KANZOY, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the SINGAPORE may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. KANZOY does not take responsibility for customs inspections not passing nor do we take responsibility for items taking extended periods of times processing through customs. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase or sooner.
Policy for Returns & Exchanges
We do accept Returns/Exchanges for any product which has NOT been mounted, worn, bent, altered, stained, or damaged. A Return Fee of $20.00 per order plus shipping fees will be charged for all Refunds. KANZOY will accept returns/exchanges for products in (I) unused condition, within 7 days of customer’s receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first (within 7 days) for return instructions. All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment method, (II) minus the original shipping charges. Instead of a refund, you may also request an exchange for a similar or different product. In the event of an Exchange, you will be charged again for shipping as per your selected preference.
- Product returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that returned goods are packaged carefully, to avoid damage during transit.
- We are not responsible for Customs fees and taxes for returned goods into / from foreign countries.
(I) Unused condition: refers to any product that has NOT been damaged, mounted, worn, bent, torn, altered or stained. Please do not mount, wear or use any product if you intend on returning it. (II) Minus original shipping charges: This includes the original shipping charges paid by KANZOY. Full refunds (including original shipping fees) will be processed for items that are returned to us due to factory defects ONLY – Please e-mail us first before returning any orders: firstname.lastname@example.org .
